Alteration Fitting Policy

I am committed to providing exceptional service during alteration fittings to ensure the best experience for my customers. To maintain the quality of my services and appointments, I have established the following policy:

Appointment Fee Allocation: The booking fee for appointments is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: To respect both my time and that of other clients, all appointment fees are non-refundable once booked. Appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a $100 no-show fee for bridal, and $50 no-show fee for all others.
