Service Description
Our wedding gown preservation service includes a professional consultation that allows for the drop-off of your gown and up to five additional items. We will meticulously identify and mark any stains, as well as complete the necessary form with your address and any requested personalizations.
Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing exceptional service during alteration fittings to ensure the best experience for my customers. To maintain the quality of my services and appointments, I have established the following policy:​ Appointment Fee Allocation: The money paid for alteration fitting appointments will contribute towards the total cost of the alteration service. Cancellation Policy: To respect my time and that of other clients, any cancellations or no-shows must be communicated at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no-show within 72 hours of the appointment, the fee paid for the appointment will not be refunded or returned.  I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies, which enable me to provide reliable and efficient services to all my customers.
