Service Description
Our wedding gown preservation service includes a professional consultation that allows for the drop-off of your gown and up to five additional items. We will meticulously identify and mark any stains, as well as complete the necessary form with your address and any requested personalizations.
Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing exceptional service during alteration fittings to ensure the best experience for my customers. To maintain the quality of my services and appointments, I have established the following policy:​ Appointment Fee Allocation: The booking fee for appointments is non-refundable. ​Cancellation Policy: To respect both my time and that of other clients, all appointment fees are non-refundable once booked. Appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a $50 no-show fee. ​I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies, which enable me to provide reliable and efficient services to all my customers.
