During the fitting, I will carefully pin the dress to achieve the perfect fit and provide transparent pricing. I believe in transparency and offer free fittings, with the initial booking fee refunded if you decide not to proceed with alterations. Alteration Fitting Policy
I am committed to providing exceptional service during alteration fittings to ensure the best experience for my customers. To maintain the quality of my services and appointments, I have established the following policy:

Appointment Fee Allocation: The money paid for alteration fitting appointments will contribute towards the total cost of the alteration service.

Cancellation Policy: To respect my time and that of other clients, any cancellations or no-shows must be communicated at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no-show within 72 hours of the appointment, the fee paid for the appointment will not be refunded or returned.
