I understand that each client has unique desires, which is why alteration fittings include a comprehensive consultation to discuss your specific needs. During the fitting, I will carefully pin the dress to achieve the perfect fit and provide transparent pricing. At the end of the fitting, we will schedule any additional appointments required to ensure your complete satisfaction. Trust Jennifer Sews for all your bridal alteration needs.

*Please note that payment is required at the end of each fitting before any work can commence.

Alteration Fitting Policy

I am committed to providing exceptional service during alteration fittings to ensure the best experience for my customers. To maintain the quality of my services and appointments, I have established the following policy:​

 

  • Appointment Fee Allocation: The booking fee for appointments is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy:  To respect both my time and that of other clients, all appointment fees are non-refundable once booked. Appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a $100 no-show fee for bridal, and $50 no-show fee for all others.
